1. About these Terms

These Terms are between you and AppFactory, the operator of LilCoach. By installing or using LilCoach you agree to them; if you do not, stop using the service and uninstall the app. You must be legally able to accept these Terms where you live. LilCoach is not intended for children under 13 or the higher minimum age required by local law.

2. The service

LilCoach is a habit tracker. Every habit can have a minimum, and after a missed day the Coach helps you come back: it asks what got in the way, suggests one change and, on Plus, checks after three days whether it helped. You can also turn on an optional day plan with tasks, events and focus blocks. Some features work offline; others depend on your device, account, plan, permissions or connected services, and can differ by platform and region.

3. Your account and data

You can use LilCoach without an account. If you create one, keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity in your account. Habit data is stored on your device; with Plus cloud sync, account and habit data is processed by our providers as described in the Privacy Policy. Delete your account in the app (Settings → Data → Delete Account) or follow the account deletion steps.

4. Your content

You keep your rights in what you enter: habit names, notes, goals and messages to the Coach. You allow AppFactory to store and process it only to provide the features you use, protect the service and comply with law.

5. Subscriptions, trials and payments

Some features need LilCoach Plus or LilCoach Pro. Annual plans may include a free trial (currently 7 days for Plus and 3 days for Pro); the store shows whether you are eligible before you confirm. Price, billing period, trial and renewal date are shown by Apple App Store or Google Play before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel in the store before the renewal date; cancelling during a trial avoids the first charge. Moving from Plus to Pro credits the unused part of Plus as the store allows. The store handles billing, cancellation and refunds under its own terms. Deleting your account or the app does not cancel a subscription. We never receive your card details.

6. The Coach and AI features

The free Coach works on your device by rules. On Plus, AI prepares a daily review; on Pro, you can chat with an AI coach that can propose changes, such as creating a habit, moving it, making it smaller or building a day plan. Nothing changes until you confirm, and you can undo a change. AI replies can be wrong or incomplete; check them before you rely on them. AI features have fair-use limits and may be unavailable at times.

LilCoach supports habits and planning. It is not medical, mental health, emergency, legal or financial advice, does not diagnose or treat anything and does not guarantee a result. If you may be in danger, the app points you to local help; contact emergency services where you are.

7. Acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LilCoach for lawful personal purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple or Google platform terms. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, overload or disrupt the service, try to get around limits or paid features, or use the Coach chat to create unlawful or harmful content. LilCoach, its software, design and brand belong to AppFactory or its licensors.

8. Connected services and permissions

Health data, calendars, location, microphone, notifications and sync are optional. Calendars are read-only: LilCoach does not create or edit events. Apple, Google and other connected services are governed by their own terms. You can revoke permissions in your device settings.

9. Changes and availability

We may update, limit or discontinue features and release updates for security, compatibility or product reasons. We may suspend access when needed to protect users or the service, stop misuse or meet a legal duty.

10. Disclaimers and liability

We work to keep LilCoach useful and available but do not promise uninterrupted operation or a particular habit, health or productivity outcome. To the extent the law allows, AppFactory is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms and will update the date above. If you keep using LilCoach after a change takes effect, you accept it where the law allows; if not, stop using the service.
