LilCoach

A habit tracker that still works after a missed day

LilCoach is built for the week where something slips. Every habit has a minimum, the smallest version that still counts, and progress is measured by how often you come back.

What you track

Each habit has a goal and a minimum. Reading might be five minutes, with one page as the minimum. A walk might be five minutes, with two minutes as the minimum. On Today you mark the full habit as done, or swipe “Minimum” and the day still counts.

Your history keeps the two apart, so a minimum day looks different from a full one and you always know what you did.

  • Reminders for each habit and home screen widgets
  • Templates, routines and Guided Programs, labeled by difficulty
  • Rewards for a habit, based on how many times you completed it
  • Up to 5 active habits on Free, unlimited on Plus and Pro

What happens when you miss a day

The next day, Today shows one card for the habit you missed. You can do the minimum, move the habit to another time, or pause it. Nothing asks you to make up for yesterday.

The morning after a miss, LilCoach sends one gentle reminder and then stays quiet. Coach notifications are limited to one a day, with quiet hours and a switch that is separate from your habit reminders.

If the whole day is hard, the “A hard day” button in Coach turns every habit on today into its minimum. They go back to normal tomorrow.

How progress is counted

A comeback is a completion, full or minimum, after at least one missed scheduled day. Analytics and widgets show how often you come back and how many days you showed up, minimums included. Free keeps 7 days of analytics history, Plus keeps 30.

A bad day shows up as one missed day, and the days before it stay in your history.

Starting with one easy habit

Light Start in the catalog has single habits with an easy goal and a ready minimum: one page of reading, a two-minute walk, a sip of water right after you wake up. If you add several at once, LilCoach suggests starting with fewer, and you choose whether to.

What is free

Minimums, the comeback card, the Minimum swipe, comebacks in analytics and the weekly recap are free. Plus ($1.99 a month or $14.99 a year) adds a daily AI review, reminders timed to your habit, sync and 30 days of analytics. Pro ($6.99 a month or $49.99 a year) adds a chat with your coach. Any change the coach suggests is applied only after you confirm it.
