A day plan where your habits still fit on a full day
LilCoach is a habit tracker first. If you also want to plan the day, turn on the day plan in settings, and your tasks and events appear next to your habits on Today.

Choose how much planning you want
New users start with habits only, so the first week is about one habit and its minimum. You can change the mode in settings at any time.
- Habits only: your habits and their minimums on Today
- Habits and the day: habits together with tasks, events and focus blocks
- Planner only: the day plan without habits
What the day plan includes
Add one-off tasks, events and focus blocks, and move them when the day changes. Your day has a start and an end, so the plan shows how much room is really left.
If you connect Google Calendar, its events show on Today as read-only context. You decide what to plan around them.
When the day fills up, habits shrink
This is where LilCoach differs from a regular planner. Every habit in your plan has a minimum, so on a crowded day you swipe Minimum and the habit still counts.
If the whole day is hard, “A hard day” in the Coach tab turns every habit on today into its minimum after you confirm. If a habit is missed anyway, the next day you get one card with a way back, and nothing resets.
Planning tips that work with any app
Put the fixed things in first, pick one or two outcomes for the day, and leave gaps between blocks. A plan with room in it survives the first surprise.
Questions
Is the day plan free?
Yes. The day plan is part of the free app. You turn it on in settings.
Why is the day plan off at first?
Because a full plan on day one is what makes many people give up. LilCoach starts with one habit and its minimum, and the day plan is there when you want it.
Can LilCoach change my calendar?
No. Google Calendar events are shown read-only, next to your plan.
