Delete in the app

  • Open LilCoach.
  • Go to Settings → Data.
  • Tap Delete Account in your account controls.
  • Confirm. This web page does not delete an account by itself.

What we delete

  • Your account and sign-in details.
  • Data synced to our servers with Plus cloud sync.
  • Other account data AppFactory holds for LilCoach, except the limited records below.

Pro chat messages are not stored on our servers, and review summaries are deleted after 7 days in any case.

What may remain

  • On your device: habits, Coach memory and the chat transcript until you clear the app's data or uninstall it.
  • Backups you exported.
  • Subscription records at Apple, Google Play and RevenueCat.
  • Provider backups and security logs for their usual retention period.
  • Limited records needed for legal duties, security, billing or disputes.

Timing

We start processing a confirmed in-app request or a verified email request promptly and aim to finish within 30 days.

Cannot open the app?

Email [email protected] from the address of the account, with “LilCoach account deletion” in the subject. We may ask for details to verify the request.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account or the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Apple App Store or Google Play.
